Q. Can I have the Bar anywhere?

A. Yes as long as there is sufficient space and the floor is level 

Q. Do I need to apply for a licence to serve alcohol?

A. No we will apply for a Temporary Events Licence

Q. Is there a charge for the licence?

A. Yes each council charges a licence fee, made payable to them.

Q. How many guests can we have?

A. We have no restriction on numbers, you just have to be

     aware what is the maximum number for the venue?

Q. Can I choose my drinks if I wanted a theme night?

A. Yes as long as we have notice we will try and accommodate 

Q. Is the bar a cash bar or can I pay with card

A. Cash bar only

Q. Can we have a choice of a free bar or a guest payment bar

A. You can have a choice of what payment bar, we have different packages avaiable    

Q. How long does it take you to set up your bar?

A. Usually we can be ready within two hours. Therefore if the

     event starts at 7pm we would like to be there for 5pm.

Q. How far in advance do we need to book you?

A. As soon as possible as we can not guarantee the booking

     until the booking fee has been received.

Q. How much is the booking fee?

A. Depending on the event and size they start from £100 (refundable in some cases)
